  • We provide an upfront price for approved work. Additional work requires your approval before it begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other terms are agreed in writing.
  • We accept the payment methods disclosed at the time of service. Returned or declined payments may be subject to applicable fees.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access

  • Appointment times are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window and to notify you of any delays.
  • Please provide safe and clear access to the work area, including utilities and any required shut-off valves.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property, the issue and any known hazards.
  • Disclose existing conditions, prior work or materials that may affect the service.
  • Ensure that any pets are secured and that the work area is safe and accessible.
  • Obtain any approvals required from landlords, condo associations or building management.

6. Workmanship Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. Repairs we perform are backed by a written workmanship guarantee for the period stated on your invoice. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party work, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on parts, fixtures and equipment are provided by their respective manufacturers.

7. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required, we will pull permits and perform work in accordance with applicable plumbing codes. You are responsible for any homeowner association or building requirements that apply to your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumber Lincoln Park is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
